Al Sharq is one of the Arab world’s most prominent international youth forums. As Activation Spaces Lead, I owned the full operational lifecycle of the conference’s interactive zones — from spatial concept through on-the-ground delivery — for an event that hosted 3,000 registered participants and over 2,000 additional visitors.

  • End-to-end activation managementplanned and delivered all interactive zones, coordinating every stage from layout design to breakdown.
  • On-site team leadershipdirected 50 on-the-ground staff, maintaining operational clarity and participant flow at peak capacity.
  • Conference brandingled a 3-person design team producing all visual identity, signage, and communications materials.
